Whether you're deepening your practice or just starting out, our expert instructors bring a wealth of experience, passion, and personal attention to every class. From restorative yoga to strength-building Pilates, each session is crafted to enhance flexibility, focus, and full-body wellness.

The studio is equipped with high-quality mats, props, and more (depending on the class), and is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Enjoy easy access to all of Unit One’s premium facilities — including spacious changing rooms, showers, and wellness amenities — making it simple to transition from workout to wind-down.

Hello all, I'm Sarah, the gym's very active Sports Therapist. Movement is what I live for, and that's what makes me most passionate about my work. I empathise deeply when people come in frustrated, injured, or demotivated, and need a bit of help or direction to get back to doing what they love!

 

When I'm not at work or in the gym, I'm usually up a mountain somewhere, wild swimming, climbing, or trail running!

Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and a personal touch to Unit One Gym. As a sports therapist, she addresses a wide range of needs, including stress relief, mobility issues, various injuries, grief, pain, chronic burnout, recovery, and relaxation. Her ability to listen, diagnose, and provide tailored advice is invaluable to her clients.

Comprehensive Services:

Sarah offers bespoke sessions that include rehabilitation and exercise plans, along with a variety of treatments. Her goal is to ease pain and tension, aid recovery, and boost overall health. She is dedicated to educating her clients so they can better understand their bodies and what they need to feel good.
